Eligibility

To use LumaTcore services you must be legally capable of forming binding contracts and meet any program-specific eligibility criteria. Accounts and services are intended for professional use.

Users must be at least 18 years old to register. If you are under 18, do not submit personal data or enroll in paid programs without parental or guardian authorization.

You agree to use services lawfully and not for any purpose that breaches applicable Malaysian law or third-party rights.

Some services may be restricted by local laws or operational limits. Access to certain features may not be available in all jurisdictions.

Account and access

Creating an account enables scheduling, secure communications with coaches and access to program materials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or updating your account. Misleading or false information may result in suspension.

Protect your account credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing by LumaTcore.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to secure the account and contribute.

LumaTcore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable.

Coaching services

LumaTcore offers one-on-one coaching, group programs, workshops and digital resources focused on personal growth, leadership and productivity tailored for ambitious professionals. Service content is advisory and designed to support skill and mindset development.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue services or features at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes affecting active programs.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Availability may vary by coach and local time zones. We endeavor to provide timely services but session timing may be adjusted for operational reasons.

User rules and conduct

To maintain a professional environment, users must follow these rules when participating in LumaTcore programs:

• Treat coaches and peers respectfully during all interactions.
• Do not share confidential coaching materials outside approved program channels.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination or abusive language in sessions and forums.
• Do not record sessions without express consent from all participants.
• Use the service for lawful professional development purposes only.
• Provide accurate information about your background when requested for program relevance.
• Comply with any additional program-specific rules communicated by LumaTcore or assigned coaches.

User content

Content you provide during coaching sessions or through the platform (documents, messages, recordings) is subject to these terms.

You retain ownership of your original content. By sharing content with LumaTcore, you consent to its use for delivering agreed coaching services.

You grant LumaTcore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store and display your content as necessary to provide services, improve user experience and for internal quality assurance.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not upload illegal, infringing or harmful material.

We may remove or disable access to user content that violates these terms or applicable law. Requests for removal will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual property

All proprietary materials, branding, course curricula, templates and platform software are the intellectual property of LumaTcore or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not copy, distribute or create derivative works from LumaTcore proprietary materials without permission.
• Do not use LumaTcore activity, logos or brand assets outside permitted contexts.
• Reporting alleged intellectual property violations should be sent to [email protected] with supporting details.

Paid services

Certain coaching packages and workshops require payment. Paid services are provided under these terms and any additional program agreement.

Pricing is published on LumaTcore.best and may vary by package, duration and coach seniority. Fees are quoted in MYR unless otherwise specified.

Payments accepted include credit card, bank transfer and other payment methods disclosed at checkout. Full payment or deposit may be required to secure bookings.

Recurring subscription services auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. For single-session cancellations with sufficient notice we may offer credits or partial refunds per the program policy. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

Cancel or reschedule sessions within the timeframe specified in your program agreement. Late cancellations may incur fees as outlined at purchase.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or assessments applicable to purchases. Prices may exclude taxes which will be calculated at checkout.

LumaTcore may change prices. Existing subscriptions will be notified in advance and provided options to accept new pricing or cancel.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid materials and services until outstanding amounts are settled.

Disclaimer

Coaching services are intended to support professional and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, business or mental health services. Clients should seek licensed professionals for such matters. Outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaTcore's liability for direct damages arising from use of services is limited to amounts paid by the user for the relevant service in the prior 12 months. LumaTcore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Third-party services

We may refer you to or integrate third-party tools. LumaTcore is not responsible for third-party content, services or disputes arising from their use. Verify third-party terms and privacy before use.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement as set out in the specific program terms. LumaTcore may terminate access for breach of these terms or illegal conduct.

On termination you must cease use of proprietary materials and settle any outstanding fees. Access to paid content may be revoked and refunds handled per the paid services policy.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy at LumaTcore.best/privacy. That policy explains how personal data is collected, processed and protected.

Communications

We communicate primarily by email and phone for scheduling, service updates and account notices. By using our services you consent to receive these communications.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, notified to registered users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be brought to the courts of Malaysia.
